Our Shop

Lynchford Aquatics has been trading for over 50 years. We have resided in the North Camp area of Farnborough for all of that time from 2 sites. We have been based ot our present location of Peabody Road since 1978 when we moved from our original Lynchford Road site. This move meant  the business could grow with the new larger premises. We now occupy a corner shop type location which has a Tardis like quality.

Our Front Shop is your point of entry where you will see a huge range of equipment and accessories. We have several display aquariums for your perusal including a 1000 litre Marine System. This contains a mixture of fish and invertebrates and is always complimented on.

From the Front Shop you enter the Fish Room. In here you will find a massive selection of fish. We have a Marine section stocking all types of fish and inverts. This is a new system and has been installed to give the customers a greater selection and a better display.  We have a Tropical section with over 150 tanks containing a huge selection of fish from all around the world. We also stock 'bred locally' livestock including Stingrays, Ancistrus, Discus and Shrimps to name but a few. We also have a coldwater section for all your Goldfish requirements and stock everything from plain Goldfish to Lge Orandas.

To the rear of the shop is our Pond Section. Here you will find a selection of fish for your pond ranging from small Goldfish to larger Koi. We also stock a good selection of English Grown Pond Plants including Oxygenators, Water Lillies and Marginals. Please note that our Pond Section is not open for Livestock sales until Spring. We do not endorse the sale of fish at low temperatures. We always have a large selection of pumps,food and accessories for every size pond. Please ask for details.

Our Aquarium showroom is also found at the rear of the shop and here you will find a selection of aquariums for purchase. We stock a large selection of tanks from many manufacturers. Wherever possible these aquariums are in stock ready for collection. It is however impossible to keep every size, in every colour so sometimes they will need to be ordered. The waiting times are usually very short and in most cases we can have the aquarium of your choice instore within 5 days. We also offer a bespoke custom build service so if you cannot find the right tank for your needs why not have one built.
